How long will my order take?
Most items are printed within 5–10 business days, plus shipping. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

What’s your return policy?
Because everything is printed on demand, we don’t hold inventory. That means items are final sale unless defective or damaged. If there’s a print error or quality issue, email us at shop.sidelineco@gmail.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

Can I exchange for another size?
We don’t process exchanges automatically, but we want you happy. If sizing is off, reach out - we can usually help with a replacement at cost. Always check the size chart before ordering!

What are your products made of?
We use trusted blanks from Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Independent, and more - soft, durable, and perfect for everyday wear.

Do you offer team orders or fundraisers?
Yes! Sideline Co can create a private collection for your team or program and donate a portion of sales back. Contact us to learn more.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping is coming soon.
